Our client doesn't work in the retail industry, but many of their successful candidates do. Due to the decreasing need for physical high street stores and the shift towards online focus, our client finds that more and more of their team started or came from a retail background. They value the face-to-face communication and customer service skills that retail experience provides, which are essential for growing their business. However, retail experience is not required to be successful in this role, as they provide one-on-one coaching for those willing to learn these communication and service skills.

Requirements:
- Full time equivalent availability (4-5 full days a week)
- Willingness to learn and drive to succeed

This opportunity is available to those looking for an entry level role or a change of industry, all our client asks is an up to date CV with contact information so they can call you easily and invite you for a face to face appointment if you are successful. The role is offered as a self employed and commission-based basis within face-to-face residential environments within Nottingham, so that their team can earn between £24k and £30k on average per annum.
Although experience is not required for this role, due to sales and product coaching programmes offered to all successful candidates, we encourage any individuals with the following experiences to apply: Retail Assistant, Catering Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, Bartender, Restaurant experience, Barista, Hotel and Hospitality experience, Sales Assistant.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days (Mon-Sat)
