Customer Sales Advisor -Immediate Starts Available (Full Time Equivalent) - Central Leeds

Based in the heart of Leeds, our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company, who represent some of the most well-known brands in the country and with current expansion means that they are looking to develop their sales team with forward thinking individuals with a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What they are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No Experience required, however experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Warehouse or other face-to-face Customer Relations roles is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to work a full time equivalent schedule, 5 full days per week.
• Unfortunately this role is not suitable for international students and students, due to the full time commitment needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth in face to face field sales campaigns.
• Foster meaningful customer relationships to enhance brand recognition and create memorable, impactful experiences.
• Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
