A leading telecoms joint venture is seeking a senior Legal Counsel to join their property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE to advise on a wide range of commercial property matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on commercial property transactions, including lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Provide guidance on Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, security of tenure, health & safety, and property litigation matters.
• Manage complex property disputes and engage with external counsel where required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across the business, including finance, operations, and project teams.
• Deputise on matters where appropriate and contribute to team development.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Strong commercial property and property litigation experience.
• Ability to demonstrate recent case law involvement and practical application.
• Familiarity with the Electronic Communications Code (ECC).
• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working independently.
