Amber River Premier are looking for a confident, knowledgeable Employee Benefits Adviser to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping organisations deliver outstanding employee benefits, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

✔ Advise on pensions, life assurance, income protection, PMI, dental & more

✔ Lead benefit restructures & governance reviews

✔ Build strong relationships with HR & Finance teams

✔ Support flexible benefits platform rollouts

✔ Deliver seminars & collaborate with benefit providers

What You’ll Bring:

✅ Experience advising corporate clients

✅ Strong communication & organisational skills

✅ Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office

✅ Bonus: Experience with flex platforms, Curo, PaperCloud
