TARCG is delighted to be partnering with multiple leading names in private aviation to recruit experienced Aircraft Brokers across multiple locations in the London Area and surroundings!


If you have a track record in aircraft sales, acquisitions, or charter brokerage, and you’re looking to take the next step with a respected aviation business- this could be the right move. You’ll be joining dynamic, client-focused teams representing some of the world’s most desirable aircraft - with strong earning potential and international exposure.



Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, negotiate, and arrange private jet and aircraft charter flights for clients across corporate, VIP, and group sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators, clients, and service partners to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, flight briefs, and proposals in line with client requirements and operational feasibility.
  • Manage the full flight lifecycle — from initial enquiry through contract, payment, and trip execution — ensuring on-time and safe operations.
  • Monitor ongoing flights, providing real-time updates and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge on aircraft availability, pricing, and trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company standards, and client confidentiality.



Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in aircraft charter brokerage, aviation sales, or a similar role (business aviation experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of private aviation operations, aircraft types, and global routing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional and confident manner.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global operations and client demands.
  • Proficiency with CRM and flight management systems (e.g., Avinode, Leon, CAMP, or similar).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
