AI Lead - Financial Services - Hybrid, London

Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 + 10% bonus

Location: Hybrid working in Central London

In this role, you will play a crucial part in architecting, developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions within the financial services domain.

About you

• Hands-on lead experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
• Skilled in architecting and building AI/ML solutions tailored to financial services, with a solid track record working with financial datasets.
• Proficient in Python, LLMs and widely used ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of scaling AI applications and teams, as you will be a prominent figure in expanding this business function moving forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with deep learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP).
• Financial services background is preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 + 10% bonus
