Job Title: Internal Sales

Location: Sheffield

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll prepare technical quotations, manage customer inquiries, and support the wider sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. You’ll work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver practical solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process RFQs and create accurate quotations.
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders and gather feedback.
• Coordinate sales activities and customer communications.
• Support the team with documentation and order management.
• Help improve internal processes for greater efficiency.

About You:

• Experience in B2B sales with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with quotations, order processing, and customer support.
• Technical understanding, ideally with exposure to bills of materials.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Organised, proactive, and fluent in English.
