Head of Fire Safety

Location: London

A leading London institution is seeking an experienced Head of Fire Safety to lead fire safety strategy and compliance across its multi-site estate.

You’ll act as the organisation’s fire safety lead, overseeing risk management, policy development, and incident response. Working closely with estates teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure full compliance with legislation and promote a strong culture of safety across all sites.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in a senior fire safety role within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, risk assessment (PAS 79), and fire engineering principles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant professional qualification (minimum Level 4, e.g. NEBOSH Fire Safety or equivalent).
