What You’ll Be Doing

As a Digital Programme Adviser, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective learners through the enrolment journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reaching out to potential learners via phone, email, and SMS
• Handling both cold and warm leads with professionalism and energy
• Understanding individual goals and recommending suitable training programmes
• Supporting learners through the enrolment process
• Working towards clear acquisition targets with full team support
