What a Tualcom Sales Enablement Coordinator does:


TUALCOM UK is now seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator to execute the sales strategy and support end-to-end sales operations. This will involve working closely with the UK Director and Sales Manager and support the local sales team as the conduit between the UK and our HQ in Türkiye.


This is a cross-functional role and important for the success of the sales function. It will involve a wide spectrum of work, including execution of enablement strategy and ensuring operational integrity. It will have a hybrid element with direct sales involvement to support client demand and allow the individual to rapidly learn the current processes, products and clients.



What we need from you:


We’re looking for a technically minded, commercially driven professional, ideally with a background in Computer Science or Business Information Systems. Degrees or courses completed in line with these qualifications will also be considered. You’ll bring experience in a command of CRM and ERP systems, Sale Productivity, Performance Analysis, Continuous Improvement and Data Compilation & Reporting. Sales or customer centric experience is also highly desirable.


To succeed in this role, you’ll need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships to create marketing unison across our group.


Please note that for this role, it is imperative you possess native/fluent Turkish skills, can meet Security Clearance Vetting requirements (BPSS & SC) and are committed to working 5 days per week out of our Docklands offices in London E14.


You’ll also be proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable - ready to travel across the UK (and occasionally abroad) to meet clients and represent us at industry events. Above all, you’ll be a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial drive, eager to learn, share knowledge, and help us grow in a sales-focused environment.
