6 month contract - Investment Banking - Inside IR35


Core accountabilities of role

KYC Responsibilities

· Managing and coordinating onboarding requests for new clients, handling subsequent onboarding of

additional flags, and supporting the onboarding of new product lines.

· Supporting the recertification process, document completion and completion of the Call memo (including

managing product partners in completion of the transaction profile)

· Completing business introduction forms and coordinating with the local contributor sites

· Supporting the entire account opening and closing process – completing business introduction forms,

ensuring KYC completion and account opening forms are completed by the client, through to the account

being opened by static data

· Handling bank mandate queries; signatory updates, removals and amendments

· Assisting secondary sites and MMF with ad hoc request for KYC documentation


Credit/Risk Responsibilities

· ESG Assessments

· Logging and ensuring Covenants are regularly updated

· Pilot One-pager

· Creating CCDG credit documents pack in correct format

· Monthly Override report, portfolio lists, annual review past due data


Business Management/Other responsibilities


· Data maintenance; Atlas, CRM, Centric

· Offboarding Clients – My Client Dev

· Audit Confirmations; liaising with the relevant teams to obtain the necessary confirmations

· Audit Requests; helping collate the documents/data for audit requests

· Preparing static data for strategic reviews (IB Booster)

· NCAP creation and completion in MyClientDev

· PWC Forms – complete and return to Loans Admin

· Legal Requests - logging and tracking consent requests


Knowledge, Skill and Experience


· Typically require a university degree as an indicator of an ability to understand and apply complex

theoretical concepts, although may have progressed into the role via equivalent business experience.

· Knowledge of the on boarding process for Financial Services, including KYC, Risk and business policies,

procedures and legislation.

· Experience of Financial Institutions and Global Markets products desirable

· Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload and escalate issues to management.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise independently

· Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail and able to review and improve work of more junior

colleagues

· Excellent written and oral English skills to articulate technical issues and to be able to take the complex and make simple to enable effective communication with the business · Good Stakeholders management skills and ability to collaborate across teams · Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. · Computer literacy and a good knowledge of standard computer software and able to learn and utilise specialist applications appropriately.
