Based in Warrington (4 days in office)


Role Overview


Salt are working with a scale-up health and wellbeing brand who are seeking an experienced Head of DTC with an entrepreneurial outlook to lead the next phase of a high-growth brand expansion.


This is a pivotal leadership role, blending strategic DTC brand development with commercial execution. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll oversee a small, dynamic team to scale the brand across multiple channels, including: direct-to-consumer platforms, online marketplaces, and B2B sales.


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead commercial performance across direct-to-consumer platforms and Online Marketplaces.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships and wholesale opportunities to broaden market reach.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to monitor and optimise key performance metrics, including LTV, CAC, conversion, and retention.
  • Manage and mentor a talented team across e-commerce, marketplaces, content, and B2B functions to deliver profitable growth.
  • Oversee agency relationships, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, finance, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel content strategies (social media, video, email, PR, influencer, etc.).
  • Explore and evaluate international market opportunities and expansion routes.


What We Are Looking For


  • 5+ years experience in DTC or commercial roles, ideally within wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. Exclusive fashion experience wouldn't be right for this role.
  • Proven track record of growing and evolving a brand.
  • Deep expertise in driving profitable D2C growth.
  • Experience with Amazon and B2B sales would be desirable.
  • Strong foundation in social media strategy and execution.
  • Commercially astute, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with key growth metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and wellbeing.
  • Exceptional creative instincts and a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Inspirational leadership style, with the ability to build and nurture a high-performing team.
