This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work closely with Financial Planners, providing high-quality technical support and helping deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The Role

• Draft detailed and compliant suitability reports in collaboration with Financial Planners.
• Liaise with advisers to ensure all client information is accurate and complete.
• Interpret adviser meeting notes and prepare suitable recommendations with precision and care.
• Provide technical guidance to advisers to support positive client outcomes.
• Ensure all work meets company compliance standards and FCA requirements.
• Maintain accurate workflow records and case files to departmental standards.
• Obtain and analyse existing policy data, prepare research, and source relevant illustrations.
• Collaborate effectively with Client Support and administration teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge.

About You

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FCA rules and compliance requirements.
• Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards).
• High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient with financial planning and CRM systems.
• Able to manage own workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
