Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a growing business to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner.

In this highly commercial role, you will build deep relationships across the regional commercial teams, leading performance reviews, budgeting & forecasting and insights.

Role

Working in partnership with Senior Leadership Team you will ensure the business is able to make the right financial decisions to support the evolution of the business.

Responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner will include:

• Leading planning, forecasting and reporting cycles and explaining variances.
• Business Partner with the Senior Leadership Teams to enhance performance.
• Presenting at all levels of the business up to board.
• Working with the Senior Leadership Team to optimise and streamline reporting.

Profile

• It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholders.
• Proven experience within a manufacturing or engineering business.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Results orientated, with a desire to succeed.

Salary & benefits

The role of Finance Business Partner has a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and other benefits.
