What You’ll Do
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for manager-led ER cases, providing expert guidance and support across a wide range of issues including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, redundancy, and capability. You’ll coach managers, draft key documentation, and ensure cases are resolved efficiently and in line with employment law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ER cases from start to resolution
- Draft and review ER letters and documentation
- Coach and influence managers on best practices
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What You’ll Bring
Essential:
✔ Experience handling complex ER cases
✔ Strong communication and influencing skills
✔ Solid understanding of UK Employment Law
✔ Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
✔ Proficiency in written communication and IT systems
Desirable:
➕ Experience working to SLAs/KPIs
➕ Familiarity with Irish employment law and IBEC
