As our Learning and Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our workforce across geographies. You will lead the design and delivery of strategic learning initiatives that support our business growth, project excellence, and people development from early careers to leaders in the EPC industry.
What will you do?
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with Linxon's business goals, HR strategy, and transformation agenda (including HRMIS and ERP initiatives).
- Partner with senior leaders to identify critical skills and capability gaps across engineering, project management, and support functions.
- Design and deploy scalable learning programs including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and compliance, incorporate microlearning and social learning
- Integrate digital learning platforms and tools to support self-directed and blended learning experiences.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and external providers to curate EPC-relevant content.
- Support succession planning and career development through targeted learning pathways.
- Embed a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across global teams.
- Align learning initiatives with performance management and talent reviews.
- Define and track learning KPIs to measure impact and ROI.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning offerings and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with regional training regulations and standards.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive learning practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Good experience in L&D, with key experience in global or regional role.
- Experience in the EPC, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions.
- Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
