This is a newly scoped position where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, strengthening reporting processes, and actively contributing to future business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the monthly management accounts process and support continuous improvement of financial reporting
• Deliver insightful performance analysis and commentary, highlighting variances to budget
• Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and KPI reporting
• Maintain strong cashflow oversight and help inform commercial decision-making
• Ensure accurate and consistent financial data across internal systems
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure compliance and a smooth period-end cycle

What We’re Looking For

• Part-qualified Accountant, or studier (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Strong Excel capability and confidence in presenting financial information
• A driven, proactive mindset with the desire to grow and progress with the business
