Role: Sales Operations Coordinator

About The Client: Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup transforming how financial services onboard and engage customers using secure messaging and AI-driven automation.

They're scaling quickly and need operational talent who can keep pace with rapid growth and evolving delivery demands.

About the Role: You’ll support the sales team by keeping all deal information accurate, ensuring next steps are completed, and aligning with marketing on follow-up actions.

This is a critical operations role designed for someone who loves structure and keeping commercial teams moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain all deal information within the CRM.
• Track sales pursuits and ensure next actions are completed.
• Follow up with colleagues to maintain momentum in the pipeline.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team on required tasks.
• Support reporting accuracy and pipeline cleanliness.
• Improve sales operations processes as the startup scales.
