Head of Infrastructure in Gloucestershire

Job description

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Technical Infrastructure Manager- a senior role leading the organisation's IT infrastructure and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all infrastructure services, ensuring availability, capacity, performance and security.
• Set strategy, policies and processes for service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, supplier management and technical team leadership.
• Ensure IT services align with business needs and meet agreed SLAs.
• Provide senior input into strategy, change management and new service implementation.

Requirements:

• Strong background managing complex IT infrastructure and service operations.
• Experience in capacity/availability management, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Proven senior-level stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Solid financial and supplier-management capability.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, IS project/service management)
