Noble Insurance Service is a leading independent insurance broker, who is looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Team Leader to join our team. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service across the team.

Office based in Newark, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a small team across multiple locations dealing with specialist products such as Marine, Musical Instruments and Security Boxes under our specialist brand. Key Responsibilities

The role will involve managing and motivating the customer service team to achieve excellent results. Duties will include:

  • Overseeing and managing a Customer Service team.
  • Coordinating the work of team members based in Newark and other locations
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, monitoring new business quotations, policy renewals, and general policy adjustments handled by the team.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support for professional development within the team.
  • Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service to all clients.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a team-leader or supervisory role
  • A minimum of three years' experience within the Insurance industry
  • In-depth Customer Service knowledge, ideally within the Insurance industry or other similar financial sectors.
  • A knowledge of Insurance is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver great customer service and coach others in this area.
  • An enthusiastic and upbeat personality, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work both individually and as part of a wider leadership team.
  • Experience of working in an office or call centre environment is desirable, but not essential.
