This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a next-generation payroll product!

You’ll join a global leading B2B software company at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with talented teams in the UK, Spain, and the US.

Day Rate: Up to £500 a day (Inside IR35)

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months (Possibility to extend)

You'll be taking charge of a multi-year, global transformation project. This is a critical role in modernising a complex legacy system used globally. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across 40+ countries to drive UX and usability improvements and standardise processes across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of design projects and drive them from concept to execution
• Collaborate with global teams (Spain, Hyderabad) and key stakeholders
• Lead usability improvements and modernise the front-end experience
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement user-centric solutions

Experience & Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management skills—able to align different teams and push initiatives forward
• Proven experience in leading UX/product design projects
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive project success
• Experience modernising and working on large-scale transformation projects
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS organisation
