Production Stream Group Leader (12-Month Secondment)Location: Pilgrim’s Europe - Windmill Lane
Working Hours: 14:00 - 22:00
Contract Type: Full-time, Fix Term Contract - 12 months
Ready to take the next big step in your manufacturing career? Pilgrim’s Europe is looking for a motivated Production Stream Group Leader for a 12-month secondment—a fantastic development opportunity to lead a team, deliver real improvements, and help shape the future of our site.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Team Leaders and operators
- Champion a strong safety culture—Safety is a Condition
- Deliver the production stream strategy and key performance targets
- Drive OPEX and continuous improvement across processes and standards
- Analyse data, tackle priority issues, and remove bottlenecks
- Ensure high-quality, right-first-time manufacturing (GMP focused)
- Support audits, maintenance activities, planning changes, and customer visits
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical ability
- Experience in manufacturing/CI/OPEX
- Confidence leading teams and driving improvement
- Foundation-level Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety
- FMCG experience
