We are partnered with a dynamic Marketing Agency based in Berkshire to find a talented Senior Social Media Executive to join their fast-growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of exciting client accounts, specifically gaining exposure to the dynamic Hospitality and Events sectors, and genuinely own social performance.


What You'll Be Doing


As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be crucial in developing and executing high-impact social media strategies for the agency’s diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategy & Planning: Developing innovative and data-driven organic social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Content Creation & Execution: Taking the lead on generating compelling, high-quality content (including photography, short-form video, and dynamic copy) that drives engagement and results, particularly for visually-led clients in Hospitality and Events.
  • Community Management: Leading community engagement across multiple platforms, monitoring trends, and managing client reputation.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Providing insightful reporting on social media performance, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Trend Spotting: Staying ahead of the curve on new social media features, platforms, and algorithm changes.
  • Client Liaison: Acting as a primary contact for social media-focused clients, presenting plans and results confidently.


What You'll Bring


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated social media role, ideally within a Marketing Agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience working with clients in the Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, travel) and/or Events sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven capability in content creation and editing (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps) to produce visual assets for social channels.
  • Deep expertise across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Proven track record of driving significant organic growth and engagement for clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
