Job Description
At PortmanDentex, safeguarding data and upholding the highest standards of compliance is central to how we operate. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Protection Co-ordinator to support our Data Protection Officer (DPO) in driving operational excellence and ensuring adherence to data protection legislation and internal policies.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role that offers variety and impact — from implementing policies and providing expert advice, to managing data processes and collaborating with both central and practice-based teams.
As part of our Regulatory & Clinical Team, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader regulatory and compliance initiatives. In addition, you’ll work closely with our Clinical Transformation and Strategy Function, with a particular focus on technology, data management, and protection.

Qualifications
We welcome your application to our Data Protection Co-ordinator vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in data protection, compliance, or governance, ideally within a regulated environment
- Hands-on knowledge of managing Subject Access Requests (SARs), data rights queries, and associated administrative workflows
- A sharp eye for detail, with strong analytical, organisational, and administrative capabilities
- Confident communicator, able to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance for a range of audiences
- Comfortable working with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, to manage and interpret data effectively
