We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relocation Coordinator to join our leading Relocation and Destination Services team. T


his hybrid role reports directly to the Relocation Manager and is responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end relocation experience for assignees and their families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete relocation and destination service processes for assignees.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure all tasks are delivered within service level expectations.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with assignees, providing guidance throughout the relocation and settling-in period.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand assignee housing requirements and budget.
  • Source short-term accommodation options that meet client and assignee expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings with Home Search Consultants and Letting Agents.
  • Prepare itineraries, accompany clients virtually or in person (if required), and ensure a positive viewing experience.
  • Arrange inventories, check-ins, tenancy agreements, renewals, and departure arrangements.
  • Coordinate school search programmes by liaising with education specialists.
  • Support the setup of utilities, internet, and other essential services.
  • Work closely with household goods moving providers and furniture rental suppliers to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Administer and interpret client relocation policies, ensuring compliance and consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and service providers.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Relocation or Destination Services.
  • Strong understanding of tenancy, lettings processes, and property market dynamics.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • International experience (living, studying, or working abroad) is preferred.
  • Good IT literacy and comfort using CRM or case-management systems.
