Founding Product Designer

Salary: £180k+ + Equity

Job Description: As the first design hire, you'll own the complete user experience for an innovative AI platform. This role involves shaping how users interact with agentic AI systems across various mediums, from voice to visual. You'll apply deep empathy and first-principles thinking to create industry-leading workflows and define the future of human-AI interaction in a rapidly evolving space.

What you will do:

• Innovate by building up the characters of the AI agents and ideate novel interfaces
• Prototype user experiences from company onboarding to candidate hiring workflows
• Engage with users to build empathy and evolve the brand and design language
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• A first principles thinker with a deeply empathetic approach to design
• An incredible judge of aesthetics and taste, capable of high output
• (Somewhat) technical, with deep experience and gravitas to lead in the business
