We are exclusively partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion house to appoint a Store Manager for an exciting new opening within a prestigious department store environment.

The business is seeking a commercially driven and highly present retail leader who thrives on the shop floor, leads by example and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional client experience and creating a positive and collaborative team culture from day one. They will be passionate about people development, coaching and training, ensuring the team consistently delivers elevated service standards and strong results.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of a new luxury retail opening
• Driving sales performance, KPIs and client development
• Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor and leading from the front
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Delivering exceptional luxury service and customer experience
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and department store partners
• Ensuring the highest standards of visual presentation and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Previous management experience within luxury or premium retail
• Strong commercial awareness and proven sales leadership
• Passion for client experience and people development
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent shop floor presence
• Experience managing and motivating teams within a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised, collaborative and adaptable
