We’re growing one of the busiest and highest-performing teams here at Just Construction, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us.

This is a genuine opportunity to either step into a warm desk with live roles and active clients, or join as a trainee and build your career from the ground up with full training and support.

We’re open to:

• Experienced recruiters (around 1–2 years experience)
• Trainee consultants looking to break into recruitment

The Role:

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-energy construction recruitment team with a strong pipeline of live vacancies and established client relationships already in place. Depending on experience, you’ll either take ownership of a warm desk or be trained to build your own.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and developing relationships with construction clients
• Sourcing top-tier candidates across the built environment
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Working closely with a high-performing, supportive team
• Delivering results in a target-driven environment

What we’re looking for:

• Recruitment experience OR strong ambition to start a career in recruitment
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Driven, competitive and money-motivated mindset
• Interest in construction or the built environment (a bonus, not essential)
