A globally recognised, high-growth consumer brand is looking for a Commercial AI & Data Lead to build and own its next-generation agentic AI framework across commercial and sales functions.
This is not a strategy role. This is a build role.
You’ll design and deploy production-grade AI systems that directly impact revenue, performance, and decision-making - working at the intersection of AI engineering and commercial strategy.
The Mission
Design and scale a commercial agent ecosystem, enabling smarter, faster decision-making across multiple domains.

Snowflake | Python | OpenAI/Claude APIs | LangGraph/CrewAI | dbt | SQL
What we’re looking for
- Experience building production AI / multi-agent systems (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Strong Python engineering skills (clean, production-grade code)
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
- Ability to translate complex AI systems into clear commercial impact
- 4–9 years’ experience as a hands-on builder (not a pure manager)
Nice to have
- FMCG / retail / commercial analytics experience (NIQ/Circana a plus)
- dbt / semantic layer design
- MLOps, evaluation & observability tooling
- Background in consulting or data science roles, now looking to own a product end-to-end

£90k base + significant bonus & benefits package
