By the end of the programme, you won't just understand marketing, you'll have the skills, confidence, and experience to make a genuine impact.What you'll be doing Supporting the development and delivery of marketing strategies, focusing on digital innovation, brand awareness, and engagementAssisting with digital marketing activity, including website updates, email campaigns, and social mediaHelping create and manage email marketing campaigns, including targeting, testing, and reportingAnalysing marketing performance and provide insights to improve resultsConducting market and competitor research to support strategic decisionsCreating content and contribute to social media strategyProducing marketing materials such as digital assets, graphics, and brochuresSupporting event coordination, ensuring strong brand presenceWhat you'll bring We're looking for graduates who are passionate about starting a career in marketing and eager to develop, including:A degree in any disciplineA strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital channelsCreativity and an eye for design, with an understanding of brand consistencyStrong communication skills - confident, clear, and able to build relationships across teamsAnalytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations to shape marketing campaigns and strategiesA proactive mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join GAP?
