Job description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care for our clients with complex needs in their own homes.
LocationBucklesham, Suffolk
Type of RoleOngoing, flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday) with a minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week (12 hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver care in accordance with individualised care plans
Support with complex medical needs, including use of specialist equipment
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
Work collaboratively with families and clinical leads
Maintain accurate records and ensure best practices are followed
What We're Looking For
Experience within a healthcare setting (minimum 6 months) – (required)
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Experience within Ventilation support (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
