Location: Haddington Vale, Knightswood, Sunderland SR3 2FD

We are looking for caring and reliable people for our extra care scheme in Haddington Vale, Doxford Park SR3 2FD. Full time hours available. Flexibility is a must to cover days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public bank holidays according to the needs of the service users.

The Role:

Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and respect their privacy and confidentiality

Encourage independence and support the wishes of the clients

Look after the welfare and personal care of clients assigned to you

Assist with mobility, eating, washing/bathing and dressing of clients in a sensitive manner and prepare meals and drinks

Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication and perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the client

Accurately complete all records and paperwork as requested by line management and adhere to GDPR.

Attend any training courses that are required
