Job description
Creative Account Manager (London or Manchester – Hybrid / WFH Considered)
Salary – Up to £45,000
If you thrive at the intersection of client leadership, creative thinking, and structured delivery, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where you’ll play a key role in shaping both the work and the client relationship — balancing creativity with organisation, and ambition with delivery.
You’ll:
- Act as the day-to-day trusted partner for a major retail/brand account, building strong, credible relationships at multiple levels
- Own and drive projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth progression from initial idea through to flawless execution
- Elevate the quality of outputs by raising the bar on briefs, presentations, and creative standards
- Identify risks early, proactively solving problems and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
- Work closely with Creative, Production, and Finance teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brief
- Bring clarity, confidence, and calm to fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
- Help shape strategic direction while keeping delivery grounded in practical execution
- Ensure clear communication across all touchpoints, both internally and externally
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has agency or brand-side experience, ideally within a creative or integrated environment
- Understands campaign development and creative craft, from concept through to execution
- Is a confident communicator, able to build trust quickly with clients and internal teams
- Is highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Stays calm under pressure and can navigate change with confidence and professionalism
- Takes ownership, shows initiative, and genuinely cares about producing great work
- Balances strategic thinking with strong delivery skills
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience within retail or consumer brands
- An understanding of physical environments and in-store/experiential touchpoints
- Exposure to integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Why this role?
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role where you can:
- Influence both the quality of creative output and the strength of client relationships
- Work in a team that values collaboration, clarity, and creativity without unnecessary chaos
- Develop your career in an environment that supports growth, ownership, and impact
If you’re ready to take on a role where your voice matters, your work makes a difference, and you can bring both structure and creativity to the table — let’s have a conversation.
Drop me a message for a confidential chat, and I’ll share more.
