What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with the Store Manager to launch and establish the store as a go-to destination for style and service.
• Drive sales performance and exceed targets through commercial thinking and hands-on leadership.
• Lead clienteling initiatives to connect with outlet shoppers and turn them into loyal customers.
• Use CRM insights to deliver personalised interactions and elevate the outlet experience.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up.
• Maintain operational excellence — from visual merchandising and stock control to compliance and store standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience in luxury or premium retail (fashion, lifestyle, or accessories ideal).
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent.
• Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building ability.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
