About You

You will also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone, email, live chat and video
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer needs
  • A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence discussing offers, figures and pricing information professionally
  • The ability to work towards individual and team targets
  • A willingness to learn about Ancaster brands, products and services

Previous experience within the motor trade, customer service, contact centre or any customer-facing sales environment would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Sales Enquiry Centre Consultant, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive and high-performing team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to dealership appointment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, live chat and video
  • Making outbound calls to arrange appointments and test drives
  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements
  • Providing accurate information on vehicles, offers and additional products
  • Working with finance and customer management systems to process information
  • Supporting dealerships by coordinating appointments and customer activity
  • Developing a strong understanding of the Ancaster sales process and company standards
  • Keeping up to date with new vehicle technology, products and market trends
  • Working collaboratively with dealership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays on a rota 9am – 1pm
  • Bank holidays on a rota, 10am – 4pm
