Production Supervisor – Bridgend

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Day Shift Only

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a production department in Bridgend. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage day-to-day production activities, support the team, and help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment, with knowledge of tube work and production machinery being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the production department
• Lead, support, and motivate production staff
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor workflow and improve efficiency where possible
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment
• Coordinate with management regarding production schedules and performance
• Assist with machinery operation and troubleshooting when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Knowledge or experience of tube work preferred
• Understanding of production machinery and processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
