  • An opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join the team, managing and developing the Argos account


The role:

  • National Account Manager, managing Argos a highly strategic account for the business
  • Role reports into UK Head of E-Commerce and is part of wider UK commercial team
  • Chance to build on long-lasting relationship with the retailer and grow the business
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to manage your own P&L and budgets
  • Develop and execute all JBPs working closely with the rest of the team
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and able to use your own initiative, work across multiple product categories
  • Will need to be adaptable and able to be involved in other UK retailers longer-term
  • Ambitious, keen to learn and develop your career within a market leading non-food supplier


Ideal candidate:

  • Will need to have UK retail national account management experience ideally across e-commerce
  • Experience of managing Argos or Amazon would be highly advantageous
  • Will need to have operated in consumer goods or FMCG ideally in a non-food category
  • You may currently be operating in a National Account Manager role and open to a new challenge in a market leading business
  • You may view this as the next career step and be looking to progress into a higher level, strategic national account role
  • Be personable, likeable, entrepreneurial and ambitious
  • Have strong commercial acumen, able to use excel and power point where necessary and present to retailers at a high level

  • Role will be fully home-based with occasional travel to South-East head office and overseas travel as per business needs
