We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to appoint a Supervisor for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious retail environment. This role sits at an Assistant Manager level and is ideal for an ambitious luxury retail professional looking to take the next step within a highly distinctive and culture-driven business.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running and performance of the boutique
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver elevated client experiences
• Drive sales, KPIs and client development initiatives
• Coach, motivate and develop team members
• Build a strong team culture and positive working environment
• Support operational excellence and visual standards
• Act as a key ambassador for the brand and its values

Requirements:

• Previous luxury or premium retail leadership experience
• Supervisor or Assistant Manager background
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
• Passion for people development and coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authentic personality with strong cultural alignment and team mentality
• Highly proactive with a hands-on leadership approach
