A fast-growing international consumer and technology business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its UK & Ireland team at an exciting point of transformation and expansion.

The business operates a large-scale digital platform connecting consumers with a wide network of fulfilment and delivery partners. It is currently integrating recent acquisitions while investing heavily in its UK operations, technology infrastructure, and customer experience capabilities. The UK is a key strategic market for the group and a major driver of growth.

The Role

This is a broad, high-impact commercial role sitting at the centre of a rapidly evolving business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, advising on complex, non-standard commercial contracts and supporting major transformation and integration projects.

The role is varied and commercially focused, combining contract negotiation, framework development, and strategic advisory work across a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Key Focus Areas

• Negotiating complex commercial agreements with major retail, FMCG, and e-commerce partners
• Supporting integration and transformation following recent acquisitions
• Developing and improving contract templates and legal frameworks
• Advising on consumer, digital, and operational matters (including apps, marketing, and customer experience)
• Providing guidance on regulatory and compliance issues including GDPR, consumer law, and wider operational obligations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years’ PQE, ideally trained in a leading law firm with in-house experience
• Strong commercial contracts background (essential)
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, or similarly fast-paced sectors
• Confident negotiator with strong drafting and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, transformation-heavy environment
