Production Operative - Assembly Team

What youll be doing

• Build and assemble components using hand tools and workshop equipment
• Work with composite materials including sanding, trimming, drilling, routing and finishing
• Follow technical drawings and build instructions to produce high-quality work
• Use workshop machinery such as lathes and milling equipment, with training where needed
• Help maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment

What were looking for

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment
• Confidence using hand tools and workshop equipment
• A practical approach, strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
• A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn

Its a bonus if you have

• Experience in composites, engineering or a similar production environment
• Knowledge of workshop health and safety practices
• Familiarity with lathes, milling machines or similar workshop equipment
