General/Branch Manager

The Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the branch — balancing commercial performance with strong, visible leadership. You will:

• Lead and inspire diverse teams, creating a culture of accountability, pride and continuous improvement
• Drive business performance, focusing on profitability, productivity and efficiency
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Champion change, leading both cultural and operational transformation

About You

You might come from automotive or HGV — or from another fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What matters most is that you are:

• A credible leader, experienced in managing and developing large teams
• Commercially aware, with a track record of delivering results
• Someone who can engage, influence and inspire at every level
