They are seeking ambitious, hardworking, and financially driven individuals who are eager to grow within a company committed to helping them achieve their goals, become market leaders, and outshine the competition. You'll be supported by industry experts and work closely with directors and senior team members to ensure your training and development lead to success. Both directors are £1 million pounds and their new starters from last year have billed over £300K.

What the Role Offers You as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Starting salary of £27.5k with uncapped commission from day one.
• Top billers earning £70,000+ in their first year and £100,000+ in their second year.
• Rapid career progression: achieve your first promotion within 69 months and reach management by year 3.
• Additional benefits include:

Your Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Generating new business through cold calling.
• Actively sourcing and reaching out to candidates.
• Creating advertisements for roles and reviewing CVs.
• Interviewing and mentoring candidates for roles.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Consistently hitting and exceeding targets to earn commission.

Skills Required for Success as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• A recent graduate or someone with sales experience.
