Team Manager - Part time in Millhall
Second Hand Ltd which has been operating for 14 years in Scotland also in partnership with Autism Initiatives Scotland Charity (reg. No SCO 50905) is introducing a very prosperous job offer which includes organizing a new team for door-to-door leaflet distributions and charity bag collections.
What are you going to do:
The team manager will have to organize the team which should consist of one van driver and a few distributors. The team operates on its own, so they can choose the time scale for themselves.
It can be 5 or 6 days a week. The team gets a designated area where it works for 5-6 days a week. Also, there is a possibility to rent a company van if you don't own one.
The company prepares the IDs for every member of the team. Also, there is an employment contract which has to be signed before starting.
Additionally, the bags for distribution should be purchased from the company: the price is 45 pounds per 1000 bags. Next: the job itself is not difficult: for the distribution: there is a lot of walking involved so the person has to be comfortable with covering approx 5-10 miles per day.
As it is a self-employed position the working shifts and limits are according to the individual preference. The driver's work has more responsibility.
The collections are due two days after distribution. Also collected bags have to be delivered into the company's storage premises where according to the weight the earnings will be calculated.
The prices are per tonne: clothing £1000, bric-a-brac 250; DVD £300, books: £20, bedding £50.
For the work, the company does the training. If you are willing to earn this proposal is just for you.
