Technical Product Owner - D365 P2P & D2S in London

A Microsoft D365 Product Owner (P2P & D2S) role is being recruited for to join a specialist team of experts in the field of Dynamics 365 and financial systems support which will be integral to the success of IT.

A bit about the role...

As Costa becomes an increasingly global business, the evolution and maintenance of its IT Services is a key factor in successful growth.  After successfully implementing D365 into the UK&I business, Costa is embarking on an ambitious plan to establish its own capability to support the ongoing releases and enhancements and roll out D365 globally. This role will be an important part of a new team and is a great opportunity to influence Costa’s direction.

As Product Owner you will have strong experience of D365 specifically with the P2P and D25 (Procure to Pay and Demand to Supply) modules.

The Product Owner will work in conjunction with the Finance & Supply Chain Global Process Owners to define the vision for what the delivery team will work on (at the roadmap/programme, project, iteration, epic, story, and task levels) and evaluates the outputs of the team. You will own the product backlog and facilitates emergent requirement, story, and task definition in partnership with the team ensuring that work items conform to INVEST principles (independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small, testable) and that all delivered work has appropriate and complete requirements documentation. The Product Owner will communicate team progress, plans, and priorities to stakeholders and senior leaders and ensure alignment of team delivery with programme and project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders and internal customers.

• Experience of D365 to include P2P and D25 (Procure to Pay and Demand to Supply) modules
• 3-5 years in a technical role: business analyst, technical analyst, project manager, technical support, architecture, solution delivery, service delivery
• Agile methodologies including estimation and planning
• Requirements documentation, backlog maintenance, system integrations
• D365 knowledge
