An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FY2 or above to act as a clinical fellow within Neurology Services based within the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

You will participate in providing care for Neurology patients on both an inpatient, day case and outpatient basis. You will join a team serving the population of Scotland, ensuring exposure to all aspects of Neurological care provision.

On-call duties include covering the neurology wards and also the spinal injuries unit, PDRU (physically disabled rehabilitation unit). You will participate in a rota which is a 1 in 11 rota with FY2/ CMT doctors.

To practice medicine in the UK you need to hold both GMC registration and a license to practise.

The Clinical Fellow post is not a recognised training post but adheres to the principles accepted as necessary for good training. For the motivated individual there may be opportunities for teaching and research.
