Applications are welcome for the above Permanent part time (28.5 / 33.5 hours per week) post based at Parkgrove Medical Centre.

The practice looks forward to welcoming new GP colleagues to their dynamic team.  Parkgrove Medical Centre is an expanding and developing practice in North West Edinburgh.  Our practice list is small (3500) but growing and we now need to expand our GP team to enable us to meet the needs of our growing practice list. Our list size has continued to grow steadily over the last few years and we expect numbers to increase further due to new build in the area.

The successful candidates will be responsible for meeting the medical needs of the patients registered with the practice by providing best practice in clinical care and management. The post holder will work closely with the medical and management team to develop and enhance the types and quality of services offered to patients in the local area.

At Parkgrove you will be working alongside a varied and enthusiastic Primary Care team including 5 part-time GPs, a Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Nurse, Treatment Room Nurse with District Nursing and Health Visiting Teams based within the practice.  We have additional regular support from a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy technician, Admiral Nurse and Link Worker.  Our population is diverse with significant co-morbidity.  Would you like to join our developing practice and expanding team?  Get in touch and come along to meet us
