Consumer Digital Data Analyst in London

We are looking for an exceptional data analyst to come and join our Global Consumer Data & Digital Analytics team.  In this newly created position, you will support the team with a range of projects and tasks including consumer/digital analytics, reporting and visualization.  You will also play a supporting role on larger analytical projects and supporting market teams in driving value out of consumers and digital data assets.  This is a unique opportunity to positively impact the bottom line by providing data analytics, developing actionable insights and delivering exceptional business value, and represents a brilliant opportunity for an early career professional who has an interest to develop a career in consumer analytics.

A bit about the role...

Working closely with Consumer Analytics Manager and Senior Digital Analytics Manager you will provide key reports to the wider business.   Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Own the monthly Global Digital KPI reporting and take responsibility for communicating consumer insights to the business
• Provide key support to Digital Analytics Projects
• Assist market teams with developing digital, campaign and loyalty reporting
• Supporting stakeholders across the wider business by answering ad-hoc requests and drawing actionable insights
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal reporting capabilities and efficiency

• Proven track record and experience working in consumer analytics/CRM/Marketing position
• Sound experience in delivering meaningful customer insight to support strategic business decisions
• Experience in building reporting solutions/ dashboards (Excel/ Power BI)
• Understanding of database capabilities and experience of integrating, interpreting and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources
• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data models/ dashboards (VBA not essential)
• Experience with web analytics tools an advantage (Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics etc )
• Power BI experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Experience in building reporting solutions/ dashboards (Excel/ Power BI)
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
