GP Out of hours (OOH) Personal Assistant -B4 in Glasgow

Fixed term post of one year
The post holder will be required to work Monday - Friday primarily from 09.00-17.00.
Interviews to be held in the month of August 2022.
An exciting 1 year opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant within GP Out of Hours to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GP OOHs Senior Management Team. This is a varied, interesting and demanding post working as part of a great team with senior staff in a high pressure environment, often dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
The post holder will:
- have excellent secretarial, organisational and communication skills.
- have accurate keyboard skills and previous experience as an office personal assistant is essential.
- do diary management along with meeting minutes and notes or a variety of meetings also need to be taken for which experience is essential.
