As an Internal Cash Sales Agent, you will be handling enquiries from customers across the UK, selling the correct solutions based on customer needs. You will be reporting directly to the Internal Sales Team Leader, as you will be responsible for converting the enquiries into quality revenue for a large manufacturing company, with a clear focus on our value added and branded Readymix products. You will be providing a critical link between customers and our business, you will need to develop effective relationships both internally and externally to ensure that all relevant information is provided for a Superior Customer Experience.  

This role is an office-based role with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The role requires an individual who can manage their time effectively and prioritise their workload.

With our cash paying customers, it’s essential that the candidate can close a sale effectively whilst also ensuring the customer understands our terms and conditions of trade. This is a commercial role and your sales ability is key to succeed. With many tasks involved in the function daily, flexibility will be required.
