The EY Foundation is a charity and a company, limited by guarantee, established in 2014. The EY Foundation helps young people, disadvantaged in the labour market, to fulfil their work potential. We are unique in our position as the link between employers and young people, having strong relationships with both.
The role will suit someone looking to build on their existing relationship management expertise, work in a dynamic environment and to play a more directional role in helping shape the future of the corporate partnership’s income stream. We are looking for someone highly organised, used to managing competing priorities and providing excellent relationship stewarding within an income generating environment.
Your key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Corporate Partnerships Account Manager are not limited to:

Account management, external relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple partners providing excellent service and support.
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of mutually beneficial partnership objectives.
- Maintain and increase income from corporate partnerships.
- Spot opportunities and build long term strategies to realise organisation-wide ambitious growth targets.
- Look to increase the impact and opportunities partners generate for young people.
- Manage appropriate cultivation and stewardship journeys for a range of stakeholders across partnerships including formal reporting.
- Quality assurance of partnership portfolio, including partnership agreements and compliance with EY Independence policies.

Internal relationship management
- Work closely with Communications team to ensure commitments and opportunities to communicate partnership success internally and externally are met.
- Work with Young People Services team to ensure operational elements of the partnership are delivered to a high quality and to plan communication. and engagement.
- Work closely with Corporate Partnerships Leader and Head of Business Development to keep them updated on partnership progress and reporting.
- Work closely with Corporate Partnerships Leader and Head of Business Development to support priority accounts and new business development as required.
- Prepare and communicate regular updates for other key internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Work with EY teams including EY Independence and Legal, to ensure EY Foundation Corporate Partnerships are compliant with EY member firm policies and processes.
Other responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the EY Foundation and our programmes.
- Represent the EY Foundation at events, including at evenings and weekends.
- Always adhere to the EY Foundation’s Child Protection Policy.
- Always adhere to the EY Foundation’s policies.
- Support other EY Foundation activities as required.

Skills and attributes for success
What you will bring to the Foundation is your demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Highly organised individual with a demonstrable ability to prioritise and lead multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong writing and PowerPoint skills and ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Ability to think strategically, spot opportunities and develop partnerships.
- Track record of growing and retaining client relationships and income
- Experience of project management.
- Good influencing and relationship management skills with ability to work with, persuade and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to talk confidently and passionately.
- A team player with a confident manner and a professional, flexible, positive, calm and resilient approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and able to efficiently produce work of high quality.
Desirable
- Experience of EY Foundation programmes.
- Direct experience of account management in a charity / CSR setting.
- Passionate about working with young people.
- Experience of working closely with programme delivery teams to realise partnership success.
- Experience of working with or in third sector organisations that support enterprise and or young people.
- Connections and networks in the young people and entrepreneurship space.
- Experience of some of the challenges facing UK employers to find young talent for their business, to help them achieve their business goals and wider interest employers have to support youth employment initiatives.
